Scope of Services. Through this Site, Bayfront Finishes markets and arranges Finish Carpenter, Finish Carpentry, Custom Carpentry, Carpenter, Carpentry, Custom Cabinets, Cabinet Installation, Crown Molding Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://bayfrontfinishesburnet.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bayfront Finishes or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. Bayfront Finishes reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimer. Bayfront Finishes makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Damages. Bayfront Finishes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Bayfront Finishes harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.
